From Bur Dubai, the building appears to the right of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry building. The Dubai Creek Tower is situated in the locality ofRigga Al Buteen.
The structural system of Dubai Creek Tower, made up of reinforced concrete beam-and-column with waffle slab, has a mat foundation resting on solid bedrock.
During its construction in 1994, this tower was the second tallest building in Dubai after the World Trade Center Building.
This tower has a shopping complex on the ground and mezzanine floors and two levels of underground parking.
The Dubai Creek Tower has a separate 10-story parking-deck connected to it which is embellished with motifs that are similar to those on the building.
